knowledgeable and passionate staff. Below are the some senior staff who guide AccuDraft's key operations.

Ron MacInnis - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. MacInnis has been active in the document automation industry for over 13 years.
He co-founded AccuDraft in 1992 and was its Chief Operations Officer until 2004, when he
became its CEO. Before joining AccuDraft, he managed
the eastern region for the Retirement and Investment Services division of CIGNA Insurance. Prior to that, Ron
managed the eastern region for Charles Schwab's Retirement Plan Services division. Ron coordinates the efforts
of AccuDraft's various operational groups
to produce, sell and maintain cutting edge document automation products.
Donald Whitmire, J.D., L.L.M. - President and Executive VP of Document Automation
Mr. Whitmire has been active in the document automation industry for over 13 years.
He co-founded AccuDraft in 1992 and has lead its document automation and pension content operations since then.
Don has practiced as a pension attorney since 1976. In the early 1980s, he was General Counsel for Corbel & Co, a large pension document software provider.
Daniel Sheehan - Executive VP Sales and Marketing
Mr. Sheehan has over 20 years' of executive level sales and business development experience in the software industry.
Before joining AccuDraft in 2003, he was director of business development for Information
Builders, Inc, a large business intelligence and data integration provider to the
Fortune 500 marketplace. He has developed and managed sales organizations from inception to large organizations
for a number of software firms. Mr. Sheehan leads AccuDrafts business development, partnership, and marketing operations.
Sebastian Bylinski - Director of Programming
Mr. Bylinski has been in the information technology business for over 10 years, and has extensive experience in online
document assembly applications. Prior to joining AccuDraft, Sebastian worked as a director of web programming for Maxim's online
division. Mr. Bylinski has a B.S. in Computer Programming and an M.S. in Computer Science.
