Parents and teachers provide information about a child’s personality, skills, study habits, and other traits by completing comprehensive, but easy-to-use, online interviews that ask targeted, pointed questions. The clinician can then review the responses, and add his own observations.
DocsEngine then processes the information provided by the parents, teachers, the clinician, and inserts the appropriate language, impressions and recommendations into a set of evaluation documents. DocsEngine evaluations are formatted in the most widely used word processing packages – Word and WordPerfect – allowing office staff to work in a familiar environment. And all evaluation conform to all American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry guidelines for the evaluation of developmental disorders.
Tightly-controlled, role-based access to evaluation documents and system functions preserves the security and integrity of confidential patient information at all times. Patients' parents and teachers can be restricted to basic interview capabilities, while authorized office staff can receive access and feature privileges based on their job function.
Information contained in Tridas eWriter reports can be seamlessly integrated with data in electronic medical records (EMR) and other critical patient documents. So, clinicians can conduct in-depth, thorough analysis of their patient population.
