- Analyzing the makeup and roles of the organization's system users and creating appropriate system permissions
- Analyzing the organization's departments and teams using the system and creating user groups
- Creating appropriate access to content for user groups
- Creating workflow lists that appropriately reflect the steps involved in completing your documents
- Updating and versioning of automated templates
- Creating BETA versions of template sets for testing on the system
