Document Agility is committed to user privacy. Your privacy while using Document Agility’s AccuDraft services is a top priority for us. Because various areas of our website and applications collect private information from our prospects and users, we have created this statement to describe our information gathering and privacy practices. We reserve the right to change this statement, and recommends that you periodically check this Privacy Policy to learn of any updates or changes.
Information We Collect

Some areas of the AccuDraft website require prospects who are requesting additional information about our service to provide their contact information, and information about their firms. This information is held securely and confidentially by Document Agility. In no case do we ever store any secure billing information such as credit card numbers or CVV numbers.

Document Agility uses the information that we collect to  contact prospects or users to further discuss interest in our products and services and to send information regarding our company. We ask users to provide an email address when creating accounts on our service. User email addresses and any personal user information will not be distributed or shared with any third parties.

We do not disclose any user information to any third-party. All financial and billing information that we collect is used solely to bill for services. Billing information collected is not used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, and in no case do we ever store any secure billing information such as credit card numbers or CVV numbers. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide functionality on our site, but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does Document Agility share any user-specific information with these parties.

In the process of using the DocsEngine service, user will be entering private corporate data, and other items in the system.  Such items are secured by the user’s login credentials.  Document Agility will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such data - except as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed by Document Agility customer service personnel only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or as may be required by law. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password outside of the system.

Linked Sites
From time to time, our website may contain links to other web sites. Document Agility is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Users will need to check the terms and conditions and/or privacy policies of these others web sites to understand their policies. Users who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.
